Their visit included informative talks and demonstrations about organic gardening, growing herbs and their dietary and health uses, and pruning apple trees. Also, a talk on apple varieties and their many uses, which included sampling of a variety of delicious recipes.

caffeine – could visit the lovely Mustard Seed Café at any time during the day-trip.
The garden at Sonairte has had organic certification since 1986 and courses have been held on
commercial and back garden organic horticulture, ecology, biodiversity, green building and sustainable living ever since.
