Why have Pope Francis and other world leaders declared a climate emergency? What is Laudato Si?
Join Kinsale Catholic Parish through Lent to explore what is happening in our world and why we are being urged by Pope Francis in the words of Laudato Si, to listen to the cry of the earth and the cry of the poor and our local respsonse.
All are invited to join them for an online introductory session on this fascinating subject, and then if you would like, journey with them on a 6 week book club.
Introductory night 22/02/2021 at 8-9pm
Then every Monday in March , concluding on 12/04/2021. All 8-9pm.
A presentation followed by discussion will be led by Jane Mellet, Laudato Si Officer at Trocaire.
